Ben Lively is a right-handed pitcher in the Cleveland Guardians organization who re-signed on a two-year minor league contract in February 2026 while rehabbing. A Pensacola, Florida native, he pitched at UCF and was selected by the Cincinnati Reds in the fourth round of the 2013 draft, reaching the majors with the Phillies in 2017 and also pitching for the Royals, Reds and the KBO League's Samsung Lions. His best season came in 2024 with Cleveland, when he made 29 starts with a 3.81 ERA and 118 strikeouts before Tommy John surgery in May 2025.
