Hunter Stanley is a right-handed relief pitcher for the Columbus Clippers, the Triple-A affiliate of the Cleveland Guardians. A Hammond, Louisiana native who transferred to the University of Southern Mississippi from Meridian Community College, he was selected by Cleveland in the 11th round (336th overall) of the 2021 MLB Draft. His final college season included a 16-strikeout game, fourth-most in Southern Miss history, and 127 strikeouts overall, sixth-most in a single season in program history.
