Milan Tolentino is an infielder who plays shortstop and third base for the Columbus Clippers, the Triple-A affiliate of the Cleveland Guardians. He was selected by Cleveland in the fourth round (124th overall) of the 2020 MLB Draft out of Santa Margarita Catholic High School in California, and is the son of former major leaguer Jose Tolentino. In 2025 he became the first 20-homer, 20-steal player in Columbus Clippers franchise history, and he was named Minor League Player of the Week in April 2026 after hitting .500 with four home runs.
