Tanner Burns

Tanner Burns is a right-handed pitcher for the Triple-A Columbus Clippers in the Cleveland Guardians organization. Cleveland drafted him 36th overall in the 2020 MLB Draft out of Auburn University, where he became just the third Tiger ever named a two-time All-American, joining Gregg Olson and Casey Mize. Now working exclusively out of the bullpen, Burns made 51 relief appearances for Columbus in 2024, going 5-3 with a 4.59 ERA and 70 strikeouts.
